Editions Exhibition - June Russell

During lockdown, I’ve been completing editions of etchings from plates dating back to when I started printing in 1996. The stress of the pandemic meant that I wasn’t up to making new work, and the careful, precise inking up and printing off of images that held memories of freer times was soothing.

As part of South Square’s cautious reopening in July, I’ll be showing these prints unframed in the Unit 9 Gallery, and online on my website.

The gallery will be open to view the works during cafe opening times:

Friday 10 & Saturday 11 July – 11-3pm

Friday 17 & Saturday 18 July – 11-3pm

Friday 24 & Saturday 25 July – 11-3pm

Friday 31 & Saturday 1 August – 11-3pm

The gallery will be operating a one household capacity system. We ask you to be patient whilst waiting to view the exhibition. If you would like to arrange to view the works outside of these hours, please contact June to arrange a viewing junejrussell@gmail.com
