Saturday 27th January 2024 – 1.00 – 2.30pm

Fused glass is a beautiful medium. Would you like to learn how to make a fused glass panel? Then come along and be shown the basics of fused glass. This is a hands-on workshop and no previous experience is needed. You will learn how to apply frit, stringers, dots and murrini to glass in order to make a charming and unique piece.

The workshop is £35 per person and is 1.5 hours long. This includes all materials and refreshments. A wooden stand to display your beautiful glass fused piece is also included.

It is run by an experienced fused glass artist and qualified teacher.

Following the session your work will be taken away to be fired and will be posted to you the following week.

All abilities are welcome. If you have a specific need please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.Please be aware that the workshop will be held on the first floor.

Maximum of 8 people per workshop and over 18’s only please.

Location and access:

The workshop is being held in the upstairs community room at South Square Centre, Thornton Road, BD13 3LS

The centre can be accessed easily via public transport. There is free on street parking around the centre. There is an on-site vegetarian café, Plenty, where refreshments and lunch can be purchased.

Cancellation and refunds:

Please note any cancellations made 3 days prior the event will not be refundable.

Any refunds processed will include a deduction of Eventbrite fees.
