Join South Square’s resident yoga teacher for a 45-minute introductory meditation workshop in South Square’s Garden. This session will include an overview of what Mindfulness and Meditation are, simple breathing techniques, and a short, guided meditation to close. Suitable for anyone new to Mindfulness and Meditation and those who are looking for guidance in self-care and relaxation methods.

Due to the unique nature of our heritage building the centre has limited accessibility for wheelchairs users. Most community spaces including the café and gallery spaces are accessible. Please ring ahead for more information.
