This February Half Term, come and join us in a fun packed felt banner making workshop for 5+

You’ll be making a personal felt banner, which you can decorate how you wish, with additional felt shapes, lettering or for the older kids, hand stitching. Self-adhesive felt will be used which makes it easy for everyone to take part.

This workshop coincides with the exhibition in the gallery named ‘Home Is Not A Place But We Are Home’, so you are encouraged to make something to hang in your home, or something that is inspired by your home.

This is a drop in workshop, and you can book your slot for your arrival time, but you can stay as long as you wish!

Children must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must also purchase a ticket.

Arrival times are:

11am – 12pm

12pm – 1pm

1pm – 2pm

2pm – 3pm

Location and access:

The session will be held in the upstairs community room at South Square Centre, Thornton Road, BD13 3LS.

A chairlift is accessible to the Community Room.

The centre can be accessed easily via public transport. There is free on street parking around the centre. There is an on-site vegetarian café, Plenty, where refreshments and lunch can be purchased.
