Join South Square as we celebrate mindfulness during Mental Health Week (13-19 May)
Our highly anticipated annual event will be filled with relaxing workshops, taster sessions and music. Make a day of it as we present techniques from local practitioners to rebalance the mind, body and soul.

Paper art – making crepe paper flowers
It’s more magic than art when a tiny piece of paper transforms into an amazing realistic flower in your hands.
The art of making things from paper originated in ancient China and then spread throughout the world. Paper flowers were very popular in the last century. In Eastern Europe, they adorned homes during holidays, decorated altars in churches, and embellished pictures of saints in households. In Ukraine, paper flowers were used in wreaths – traditional girls’ headdresses and ritual attributes.
