Shiatsu is a Japanese form of physical bodywork involving touch, manipulation and stretching. Shiatsu means finger pressure. Shiatsu is based on the traditional Chinese medicine involving ‘Energy’ or ‘Qi’ which flow in a series of channels in the human body called meridians. Shiatsu is designed to bring these meridians, the energy, into balance.

Participants are asked to wear loose fitting clothes.
