Secure long-term studio spaces available at South Square Centre, Thornton, BD13 3LD.
Built in storage cabinets line the alcoves of this former workers cottage. Previously a print makers studio, would suit another artist or small business in need of surface space to work. The space can accommodate one/two bits of floor based equipment and has plenty of built in shelving. The space opens out into our courtyard area and is a ground floor studio however there are a few steps up to the shared external door which leads to the studio entrance. Parking is only available on street. South Square Centre has 14 artist studio spaces which accommodate a range of artists and small creative businesses. The gallery programme provides opportunities for artists to become involved in wider community at the centre with bimonthly rolling exhibition programme along with development and social opportunities offered to our studio holders.
