South Square Centre are pleased to be able to offer two taster online Yoga sessions with Nicola Stephenson as part of our Mindful May event. Nicola teaches Yoga in the style of Hatha with Pilates. Gentle physical postures and poses are practised slowly, working with the breath, to increase flexibility, and to align and calm mind, body and soul, building strength and toning muscles from the inside out.
Sessions are limited to just 7 places per session so we ask that you only sign up if you wish to attend. You will be required to use the online conferencing platform Zoom.us to view and take part in the class. Nicola will contact attendees to discuss any health conditions prior to the class.
